• We design and manage building services from the initial sketches to the conclusion of the construction, thus, eliminating the need to divide the project among different architecture and construction companies.

• We deliver a detailed pre-construction plan. Providing our Clients accuracy and transparency regarding budgeting, bidding, procurement process, construction schedule, and marketing and sales of project units.

 

 

Construction Responsibility

We assume the following Construction Responsibility on behalf of our Clients:

​

• methods, sequencing, and procedures

• scheduling, delivery, receipt and proper storage of all long lead systems and materials,

• cost, quality, inventory control and transparency,

• construction site management,

• coordination with municipal authorities, governmental agencies, and utility companies,

• scheduling of on-going project meetings with Client and partner/suppliers in order to effectively monitor job progress.
