PROJECT’S DESCRIPTION:

The project foresees the establishment of 5 new units for residential use. In the basement, with access from the south, to the road level, is planned the construction of a private garage with 6 parking lots.

In terms of architectural and linguistic expressions, the project pursues stereometric lines of the volumes and, in the compositional characteristics of the fronts, an organic arrangement of the large window openings.

In terms of energy, the project meets the requirements of RUEn SIA 380/1, with cutting-edge plant solutions and supply from renewable sources. The system solutions designed for the air conditioning of residential units, will ensure high levels of climate comfort of the environment, without producing CO2 emissions into the environment.
