This project focuses on the rationalisation of a sports area behind the nautical suburb.

The project aims to:

• mitigate hydraulic risk of flooding of the stream down the valley, which is currently binned under the football field

• Create an areas’ system for commerce/trade and parking lots for the community of the town, all’altezza of the current football field with a direct access from the pedestrian streets of the town.

• Build the new equipped sports centre, above the commercial area anche the parking lots
