System Evergreen AG was established in 1976.  We are based in Lugano and we act as an EPC provider to help our Clients in the following areas:

• Upgrade of existing Design Works to meet and go beyond current market demands.

• Financial Analysis of nZEB Design Work in order to optimize construction costs.

Evergreen, in partnership with  our sister company (www.5stelle.ch), can offer high quality finishing materials and design furniture at very competitive prices.  We offer our Foreign Construction Clients and Foreign Real State Promoters exclusive access to our purchasing consortium.

The Consortium negotiates nearly 150 million Swiss Francs of goods per year, supplying an average of 900 apartments and 400 hotels rooms around the world.
