PROJECT DETAILS

A real estate jewel in the heart of Lugano

The property is located on medium-density constructed area of Lugano. The north part of the building faces a beautiful wooden garden. The design aims to expand the existing building using the adjacent space and to redefine the south part which faces the access road to the freeway.

 

The new and old building are connected by a suspended 3 tierelement. This structure functions as a bridge between the two buildings that keeps free the access plan of the new complex.

 

A staircase-lift block was created to serve the 5 new residential and comercial units. At the ground level there is private parking for up to 5 cars.

 

The project basis itself on state-of-the-art renewable energy solutions, which drastically reduces CO2 emission to the environment.

Energy efficiency and renewable sources

The intervention responds to RUEn SIA 380/1 checks, with edge system solutions and supply from renewable sources.

 

The designed system solutions, as well as ensuring high levels of comfort, allow a drastic reduction of current CO2 emissions into the environment.

 

Thanks to the casing and system solutions adopted the entire project can take advantage of the incentive provided for the calculation of areas, beyond the current usage index set by the strategic plan for the urban area.
